These handmade artisan tea creations conceal worlds of mystery. They are delicately hand wrapped green tea leaves around a flower. This art has been handed down from generation to generation and has not changed in centuries. If you look carefully at these drinkable works of art, you can even see the string used to tie the broad-leafed spring production tea.
It takes about 10 minutes for an artisan to create one artisanal tea piece. Purchasing artisan tea keeps the artists busy, and ensures fair compensation for their art.
The best way to brew these drinkable works of art

Make an Artisan table display that lasts for 2 days
- Take 1 artisan tea creation and put in a cup with boiling water.
- Steep 12 minutes.
- Fill a glass container of your choice with cold water and a dash of vinegar.
- Gently remove tea and place in the glass container
- The tea stops steeping, water remains clear and lasts for 2 – 3 days.
